On the website, in three steps.

Stores sign up only on this website, not in the app. Once the store is active, proposals reach you in the MintCards app.

    Sign in or sign up

    With Google, Apple or email. If you already use the MintCards app, it is the same account: nothing to redo.

  2. 02 / Application

    Introduce your store

    Company name, VAT number, registered office, contacts and a return address. We review it and email you the outcome.

  3. 03 / Approval

    You are live

    As soon as we approve your application the store is active, with no card and nothing else to do: collectors can offer you their cards right away. It is free until 30 September 2027; then €4.99 a month, VAT included, with an e-invoice.

One proposal, from arrival to payout.

No catalog to upload and no orders to pack: collectors come to you, with cards already identified.

    A proposal arrives

    A collector near you picks your store and sends a lot: every card with printing, language, finish and condition.

  2. 02

    You decide

    Accept, reject or make a single counteroffer. If you accept, the amount is locked in your MintCards wallet.

  3. 03

    The cards arrive

    The collector ships them with a tracked courier or brings them to your store.

  4. 04

    Verify and close

    You check the cards within the time set by the terms: one working day up to 39 cards, longer for larger lots. If something is off you can propose an adjustment; the collector is paid once verification is over.

A proposal stays open for 3 days: if no store accepts it, it expires.

  • A physical storeCollectors find you by area and can bring you their cards in person.

Before you start.

Do I need a new account?

Not if you already use MintCards: sign in with the same account (Google, Apple or email). Otherwise you create one in a minute with “Sign up your store”.

What happens on 1 October 2027?

If you have added a card, the subscription continues at €4.99 a month, VAT included, with an e-invoice. If you have not, it simply ends at no cost and you can reactivate it anytime. We remind you before it expires.

What happens if I cancel?

The subscription stays active until the end of the current period, then the store stops receiving proposals and there are no more charges. During the free period you pay nothing either way. You can reactivate it anytime.
