Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MintCards website and app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
MintCards lets you buy single trading cards, build and value your collection, and sell cards to vetted stores, with centralized logistics and an in-app wallet, across the supported games. Card recognition (“scan”) identifies a card’s printing, edition, language and finish.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
The wallet
The MintCards wallet records balances used within the service (for example, proceeds from sales and funds for purchases). The wallet is not electronic money, not a bank deposit, and does not bear interest. Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe.
Selling
When you sell, you ship the cards to MintCards for inspection; on acceptance, funds are credited to your wallet. A seller commission of 3% applies to sales. Items must match their declared condition; we may adjust or decline on inspection.
Buying and logistics
Purchases are fulfilled through centralized logistics. Title and risk pass as described at checkout. Consumer purchases in the EU carry a 14-day right of withdrawal; full withdrawal information and the mandatory one-click withdrawal option are provided in the purchase flow.
Prices and valuations
Valuations and reference prices are indicative, based on market data, and may not reflect the price of any specific transaction. They are provided for information only.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to defraud, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
Intellectual property
Game names, card images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The MintCards brand, software and content are ours or our licensors’.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and posted here with a revised date.
